Actually everything was very clean, my next choice again in Innsbruck. Came here for 2 night stay, had a really nice experience. Comfortable beds, central heating and a seating area were a nice touch. It was warm and had things I needed...

I enjoyed it, it' a SMALL place. The continental breakfast was hearty for the price. They made my stay pleasant. Central location, not too far from Botanical Garden. The hotel was in a residential area.

Room was calm, breakfast was very good. Enjoyed marvellous views. Green Flamingo, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was handy.

this hotel is equal to 2 stars. so glad we choose it, it's lovely base for staying in innsbruck. the owner upon arrival was kind. sunny balcony was a bonus.
